‘The Feeling Good Handbook’ by David Burns A very popular book written for the client, while it is a dense book, it is thorough.
‘Cognitive Therapy of Depression’ by Aaron Beck, Brian Shaw & Gary Emery This is a classic book written by the founder of Cognitive therapy. The style is more academic.
